Despite having to train on Christmas Day, Arsenal's players were still in a cheerful mood as they prepared for their Boxing Day trip to Southampton.
And with good reason - following an excellent opening half to the campaign, Arsene Wenger's side are just two points off the summit and installed as title favourites.
